Our preferred method of shipping is via courier. The cost of shipping is added during checkout and is no more than $13 per 15kg.
Should you wish to use another method, please let us know.

Returns are accepted on unopened items in their original condition only, excluding essential oil remedies, shampoos or spritz sprays which are non-returnable. Shipping on returned items are at your cost.

We reserve the right to charge a return handling fee of up to 10% of the purchase price on any returned items.

Of course, in the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, it will be replaced at no charge.
