Our preferred method of shipping is via courier. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Should you wish to use another method, please let us know.

Returns are accepted on unopened items in their original condition only, excluding essential oil remedies, shampoos or spritz sprays which are non-returnable. Shipping on returned items are at your cost.

We reserve the right to charge a return handling fee of up to 10% of the purchase price on any returned items.

Of course, in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, it will be replaced at no charge.
