Dosage

Approximately 1ml per 2kg of body weight is recommended. Simply pour dosage over food once a day.

Storage

As Flax Seed Oil is easily destroyed by light, air and heat, care must be taken during storage to maintain the quality and freshness of the oil. When looking at your Flax Seed Oil, it should be a deep, rich gold color … like liquid sunshine!

When storing Flax Seed Oil at home, unopened good quality oil will have a shelf life of 12 months if stored in a cool dark place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.
